Transaction fees

Each time someone makes a purchase for your event on Marching Maestro, a small transaction fee is applied. This fee helps us keep the gears turning, covering things like credit card processing and all the tech wizardry that powers your event!

Tickets

Ticket fees are passed along to the customer during checkout

For tickets up to $10

For tickets greater than $10

$1 + 4.5%

per ticket

These fees apply only to tickets sold for your event. Fees are passed on to customer during checkout. Additional charges apply if your event is not exempt from the obligation to collect sales tax.¹

Everything else

3.5% + 30¢

per transaction

This fee applies to all other purchases for your event, including concessions, registrations, and donations. Additional charges apply if your event is not exempt from the obligation to collect sales tax.²

1. If your organization or event is not exempt from the obligation to collect sales tax, an additional fee of $0.50 + .5% per ticket will be added for each transaction in which sales tax is calculated and collected.

2. If your organization or event is not exempt from the obligation to collect sales tax, an additional fee of $0.50 + 2.9% of the sales tax amount shall be assessed for each transaction in which sales tax is calculated and collected.
