One link for every fan

Tickets, schedule, scores. One link.

Every event on Marching Maestro comes with its own page, included, with nothing for you to build or host. Fans buy tickets, check the schedule, send a FanGram, and see scores the moment you release them, all from the phone in their hand.

How it works

From dashboard to live page in three steps

1

Turn it on

Set the web address, add a photo for the page and for social shares, and make the site visible.

In the dashboard
2

Switch on what you use

Tickets, schedule, scores, FanGrams, donations, the concessions menu, registration, volunteer sign-up: each one appears on the page when you turn the feature on.

Automatic
3

Share the link, or let them find it

Why hosts switch

Retire the PDF and the group text

Pick the headache you know best.

🌐
Instead of
A schedule PDF attached to an email that nobody can find on the day
With Marching Maestro
One page with the date, venue, Google Maps, tickets, and the schedule, that fans keep on their phone
πŸ“…
Instead of
Answering the same questions all week from parents, directors, and bus drivers
With Marching Maestro
Add to Calendar, Google Maps, and a published schedule answer them before they are asked
✏️
Instead of
Updating the school site, the Facebook page, and the group text every time something moves
With Marching Maestro
Change it in the dashboard and the page shows the change. Publish scores and the Scores section appears on its own.
Found without a link

Your event is listed where fans already look

marchingmaestro.com is an event directory. Every visible event site is on it, with the date, city, ticket price, and whether it streams.

πŸ” On marchingmaestro.com

Browse, search, and land on your page

Fans and bands browse upcoming events by date or search by name, and every card links straight to the event site. Streaming events and ticket prices are marked on the card.

Visibility is a setting: make the page public and searchable, or keep it off until you are ready. The event has to be paid for before the site goes live. Changing the address later updates your links, so pick it once.

Inside the product

Set it up once, then leave it alone

Two screens do most of the work: the event details, and the sections you add yourself.

🧭 Set once

Your details, at the top of every visit

Date and time with Add to Calendar, venue with a Google Maps link, your photo, and a Buy Tickets button when tickets are on. That is the top of the page for every event, on every screen size.

✏️ Your sections

Add anything the built-ins don’t cover

Parking, rules, the judging panel, sponsors: add a section with a title and formatted text, and drag them into the order you want. They sit below the built-in sections.
